Agent Spotlight on Tracie Rainey
FORT WORTH, March 2004 - This month's agent spotlight focuses on Tracie
Rainey. Tracie consistently ranks as one of the top 21 agents in sales and
production each year.
After obtaining her real estate license in August 1998, Tracie joined
CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. because of the company's reputation. From the
beginning, Tracie stood out from the crowd and was honored with the Horizon
Award. This award recognizes an agent who exhibits exemplary sales and
leadership performance.
Since joining the company, she has received numerous awards, including the
CENTURY 21© Masters Program Emerald and Ruby Awards. These awards are given
in recognition of agents in the CENTURY 21© system who consistently achieve
top production levels.
"Tracie's success is attributed to her ability to communicate well with
people and attention to details," said Mike Bowman, president of CENTURY 21
Mike Bowman. "We are proud to have Tracie on our team."
A native of Tarrant County, Tracie knows the area well and uses her
first-hand knowledge to assist her clients in the buying or selling process.
She was born in Fort Worth, growing up in Euless, and currently resides in
Bedford. She has also resided in Nebraska and Oklahoma before returing to
the Mid-Cities area. Having been transferred out of state three times, she
understands the relocation experience. This knowledge makes her an
indispensable resource to clients both new and old to North Texas.
Prior to working in real estate, Tracie held several administrative
positions, including a licensed childcare provider.
"I enjoy helping my clients beyond their real estate needs," Tracie said. "I
love to meet and make new friends, and I enjoy the challenges of the
ever-changing real estate industry."
Tracie plays an active role in her community, such as serving as a
registered Boy Scout Leader for four years and organizing food drives for
the organization. She is a past member of the Sewing Arts Guild of America
(SAGA) and has turned a favorite pastime of heirloom sewing and English
smocking into teaching. She previously has instructed courses in English
smocking at the Hurst and Richland Hills recreation centers.
Tracie also participates in fundraising for the March of Dimes and the
American Cancer Society. Each year, she adopts a family for Christmas and
donates to the Open Arms Home, which helps victims of domestic abuse and
strives to increase public awareness of domestic violence. She is a member
of the PTA and has previously volunteered as a "Room Mom" for five years at
the Wilshire Elementary School where she has also served on the Board of
Directors.
Tracie and her husband, Paul, have a son, Ryan. Her parents, Wendyl and
Dorothy Moates live in Hurst.

This last April, we had the privilege of working with one of your REALTORS,
Tracie Rainey, She helped us sell our home at 4632 Riverpark in Fort Worth
and purchase our new home on Birchill in Watauga. This letter is long
overdue! Tracie was ver refreshing as a REALTOR. She made everything
easier for us. She was always there for us and kept us informed of
everything going on. We had a few rough times, but she always helped to
ease our minds. Tracie made us feel like we were important to her. We want
you to know what a wonderful REALTOR and an asset to your company Tracie is.
She is what a REALTOR should be and we will count on her for the future,
as well. We will recommend her to all of our friends as an honest, upfront,
and friendly REALTOR in who we trust.

I want to inform you of the excellent service I received while selling and
purchasing hoes with your agents, Penny Fleming and Tracie Rainey. They
were both very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Penny and Tracie were
also very sensitive to my needs in this most difficult time of my life.
They coordinated the sell and purchase of my homes on the same day! They
also helped me with movers and handymen. My experience with Century 21 Mike
Bowman, Inc., Penny Fleming and Tracie Rainey was a very positive one. I
would definitely refer my relatives, friends, and the public to your
company.
